Mug Shot Mmmoment Prize Draw T&C’S
By entering the 'Mug Shot mmmoment' prize draw (Promotion), entrants (Entrants) will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
The Prize Provider:
- The Prize Provider of the prize draw is Element London Ltd (Prize Provider), registered in England and Wales under company number 07073848, and with its registered office at 5 Morie Street. London, SW18 1SL.
The Sponsor:
- The Sponsor of the prize draw is Symington's Limited (Sponsor), registered in England and Wales under company number 02528254, and with its registered office at Thornes Farm Business Park, Pontefract Lane, Leeds, LSP 0DN.
Who May Enter?
- The prize draw is free to enter and is open to all residents in the UK, except:
- employees of the Prize Provider, the Sponsor, or their holding or subsidiary companies;
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Prize Provider, the Sponsor, or their holding or subsidiary companies, which are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of 1 and 2 above.
- In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim. The Prize Provider and/or the Sponsor may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
- If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize. The Prize Provider and/or the Sponsor may ask the winner to provide proof of age.
- Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Prize Provider or the Sponsor, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not register for this Promotion.
How to Enter:
- To take part in this Promotion entrants must fill in the entry form, which can be located here www.mugshot.co.uk/competition
- The prize draw will run from 12:00am on 19th August 2024 (Opening Date) to 11.59pm on 29th September 2024 (Closing Date) inclusive.
- All entries must be received by the Sponsor at 11.59pm on the Closing Date.
Prize Package :
- The prize is available to a single winner and includes the following (Prize Package):
- Travel allowance for 2 adults: £50 per person;
- 1 night’s 4-star spa hotel accommodation for 2 adults in winner’s chosen location within the UK, based on sharing a twin/double room, with breakfast;
- Spa gift voucher for 2 adults of £100 per person, can be redeemed on spa treatments which may include a massage, a facial or a manicure;
- Dinner at a top local restaurant for 2 adults, up to the value of £65 per person including gratuity.
Winners:
- The decision of the Sponsor is final and no correspondence or discussion regarding appealing the decision will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Sponsor is not obligated to inform the entrants who have entered such entries of such disqualification.
- In order to decide the winner of the Promotion an entry will be drawn randomly using a random name generator.
- The Sponsor must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Sponsor will publish the full name of the prize winner on 7th October 2024 on our website.
- If you object to your surname or county being published, please contact the Sponsor after you have been selected marketing@symingtons.com. In such circumstances, the Sponsor must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- The specifics of the Promotion will not be subject to change, the Sponsor reserves the right to change any legal terms and policies without notice.
Limitation of Liability:
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Prize Provider, the Sponsor, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Prize Provider, the Sponsor, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. The Prize Provider and the Sponsor accepts full liability for these matters and all matters for which it cannot, under English Law, exclude or limit its liability.
Personal Details:
- The Sponsor will use each participant’s personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion. Please see our Privacy Policy at https://www.mugshot.co.uk/privacy for further details.
- If you have opted in, the Sponsor (and their respective business partners if applicable) may also use the details you give us to contact you for marketing purposes by post, email and/or SMS.
- The Sponsor will share with the Prize Provider the personal data of the winner(s) for the purpose of administering the Prize Package.
English Law applies:
- This Promotion, these terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion and/or these terms and conditions.
Prize Terms:
- Prize Packages for two (2) people are for two (2) adults, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
- At least 1 person travelling must be over the age of 18; where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
- Travel expenses are included up to the value of £50 per person, which can be spent on petrol/parking or travel by public transport;
- Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy room in a 4-star spa hotel in the UK;
- Winners will be provided with a selection of accommodation options at the prize provider’s discretion and accommodation selection will vary dependent on location;
- Accommodation does not include any meals, incidentals or gratuities beyond what it is explicitly included in the details provided. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of those attending;
- A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
- The prize generally excludes all costs and expenses in the following categories except where expressly stated in the prize package: travel expenses, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, personal expenses;
- If for any reason the prize package (or any part of it) is or becomes unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion; accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
- Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
- Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
- Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;
- Prize cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year (22nd December – 3rd January) or over Public Holidays;
- Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
- Spa voucher to the value of £100 per person is provided for use in the chosen spa hotel;
- Dinner at the specified restaurant is provided to the value of £65 per person, including gratuity;
- All cash allowances listed will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 years or older;
- If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
- The Sponsor is Symington's Limited. The Sponsor receives the entries and determines the winner(s) and notifies the winner(s). The Sponsor will share the personal data of the winner(s) to the Prize Provider for the purpose of administering the Prize Package.
